1. This Privacy Policy is a legally binding supplement to our Terms of Use, which you have already accepted by using the Services, and which this Privacy Policy incorporates by reference. Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, delete all cookies from your browser cache after visiting our Site and do not visit or use our Site or Services. Your continued use of our Site or Services signifies your acceptance of this Policy.

We need your personal information (i.e., information by which you are individually identifiable) in order to provide you our services, answer questions you may have, keep track of all the things happening with your account, provide customer support, collect fees, contact you in case of incomplete information, and deliver new products, updates and a high quality customer experience.

When you open a licensing project, you provide information about your music release, including your album title, artist, release quantity, format, and song selections. By default, all this information is visible to employees of Company and to the copyright holders whom we contact to obtain your licenses, but is not visible publicly. Once you submit your project, song license status information will also be visible to Company’s employees, but not to the copyright holders, or the public.
We use your name, email address, and other identifiable information provided by you to send you any updates and notifications in connection with the Services we provide. We also share may this information, with the copyright holders or their representatives or agents.
To operate the Services, we may also make other information, whether identifiable or anonymous, available to third parties in limited circumstances: (1) with your express consent, (2) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, (3) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or (4) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution, or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 who have not obtained permission from parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to use the Services. 6. A valid credit card is required in order to submit orders through the Site. We, however, do not directly collect your billing information. We use a third party merchant services provider (“MSP”) to accept electronic forms of payment. By default, we will only be informed of the last four digits of your credit card number, type of card, and card expiration date. We will not have access to your full credit card number or CVV code. As stated in paragraph 5 above our Privacy Policy only applies to our Services and not to any third-party company, including the MSP. We suggest that you review the privacy policy of the MSP prior to sharing your personal and/or billing information.
7. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer wish us to possess your information, you may request correction, updating, or deletion of your information by contacting us through email, phone or mail. Our contact info is at the end of this privacy policy.
If you so request, we will remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email, or phone number). We may retain other data indefinitely. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

It may take up to fourteen (14) business days for us to process your request. 8. We follow accepted industry standards to protect any personal information you provide to us. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage can ever be 100% secure. Therefore – as is the case with any organization – we are not in a position to guarantee the absolute security of your information. Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country where we do business. We take reasonable steps to secure your personally identifiable information against the unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error. 9. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our website. Other than these cases, we will not sell, share, trade, give, or in any other way distribute your personal information to any third party without your consent, except if required by law.
